At Big Days Truck Accessories, we want to ensure your rig is equipped with exactly what you need. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned accessories, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
