How do I know if a specific accessory will fit my truck model?
Each product page includes a 'Vehicle Fitment' guide. You can filter by your truck's year, make, and model to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
What is the standard shipping time for heavy equipment like bumpers or bed covers?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to the size and weight of certain truck accessories, some items may ship via LTL freight, which can take up to 10 business days.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide in-house installation, all our products come with detailed instruction manuals and mounting hardware. We recommend consulting a local certified mechanic for complex electrical or structural installs.
What is your return policy for opened or installed items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original packaging. Please note that once an accessory has been installed or modified, it is no longer eligible for a return due to safety and resale regulations.
Are the truck accessories covered by a warranty?
Yes, all products sold by Big Days Truck Accessories carry a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Do you ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. Because of the size of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required for all deliveries.
